Clubs and club admins
Club admins run their club: they invite other club admins and team captains, and approve players. Everyone else who signs in is a player.
Invite a club admin
Fixture dates
The league sheet is checked against the league site. Where the dates differ, choose the correct one. Once the sheet is updated to match, the entry disappears.
Team assignments
Club owners keep their own teams. Assignments grant access to that team’s shared cards.
Account access
Suspension blocks cloud access. Saved cards are kept. Previously downloaded copies remain on devices. These actions are recorded in an owner audit log.
Delete account
For when someone asks for their data to be deleted. Suspending is safer if you might need to undo it.
