YOUR CLUB
Members
Memberships and sessions, guests, court bookings and prices for your club nights.
How it works
Everyone answers each club night through its link or their Hub alert, members too. When someone arrives (I am here, or you add them), one session is used from their membership. People without a membership pay the price on the night, and you tick Paid. The Hub records payments; it does not take money.
A block booking sets up a club night for each week. A week before each one you get an alert to send the invites.

Memberships
Asking for a place
From Find a club. Accept, accept as a trial night, or decline (you can add a message). After a trial night, say how it went.
New players
The rating guide shows on Find a club and warns players outside it, but never stops them asking: you decide.
Guests
People who came through a club night link and are new to your club. Make them one of your players, or add a membership (that makes them a player too).
Add a block booking
The Hub sets up a club night for each date, up to two months ahead, and keeps adding as the weeks go by. People with a pack for this booking always have a place.
Bookings
Prices and answers
Someone who drops out after the cut-off is marked as a late drop-out for you. Each night can have its own price too. A pack holder’s place is held every week; if they have not confirmed a few hours before, it goes to the waiting list, but the session is still used.
Add a plan
A membership is a fee for a time: members pay the member price on the night and can buy member packs. A pack is a number of sessions; for a block booking it holds a place every week. Leave the non-member price empty to keep a pack for members.
